Brauna Walsh…
The best thing about me is my hair, my intuition and my sense of humor. (Although, the hair thing is shifting as the greyness factor is taking over and requires frequent visits to the hair salon.)
I Am a mother. My son, Jacob, is the most profound blessing in my life as he has taught me (and continues to teach me) to love as I had never loved before.
I Am a wife. After fifteen years, I Am still training to be the best partner I can be to my husband. We bring out the best in one another and illuminate the dark side of our beings. Through all the highs and lows, my husband is a beautiful light for my heart and soul. I love you, Skip.
I Am an avid reader. I consume books; devour them page by page. I wish that were true; I’d be a lot thinner and a lot healthier. (I devour chocolate, lots and lots of it and that’s the truth.) But, I do read all the time.
I love being a sister and I love being a friend. I love music, all kinds. I love writing. I love yoga, especially Kundalini yoga. I love cooking, cooking channels and cooking for anyone who’s hungry.
I love, love, love animals; especially Eli (the semi-wonder dog), Emma, (the nutter), Wenco (the Zen master dressed like a horse), and the girls; (my newly adopted trio of hens – Henny Penny, Tina Turner and Marilyn Monroe.)
And finally, I love life…almost all of the time.
Wonderful.
Welcome to the world of blogging miss Brauna. I’m positive you are going to be very well received, with open arms.
Hollye, thanks for your cherished words of encouragement. Love your blogs.
Love your bio, Brauna! And just read your post re blessings and Japan. I wanted to let you know: I am very moved.
Deborah, Thanks for taking the time to comment on my bio and my post re Japan.
I appreciate your feedback and your support very much.
Lovely bio and lovely blog. (And I’m with on the books, chocolate, and thinner thing, as well as the books.)
Meg, Thanks for taking the time to comment and compliment. Even as I type this, I’m munching
on my daily dose of chocolate! Books and chocolate…can’t get enough of either one!
so very pleased to meet you. my daughter, Kate Van Raden, has often posted your blog on her blog scriptical.wordress.com. funny how small the world it. I understand that you are an intuitive healer…would love to know if you are familiar with anyone in the Portland Oregon area? Again, nice to virtually make your acquaintance, and I look forward to learning what you have to teach me.
blessings,
kristine
You became a wondrous writer, as expected, Brauna. Beautiful words from a still-beautiful woman.
I dreamed of you and your family last night and woke remembering the kindness with which you all included me in those frantic, insane and not always happy days in L.A. I hope your family is well.
My love to you and Skip and Jacob and any other Brickmans still flying the light fantastic of our lives.
Surprised and excited to hear from you. Thank you for your kind words.
I hope all is well with you and yours. Much love…
